This Wapiencia Faux MOP Straight Razor NOS is a treasure recently discovered in a Russian bunker, forgotten for over a decade. The razors were once packaged in wax paper with the soldiers' names and ranks, but only a few remain. These unique razors, including the one offered here, were available in five different styles, with some designed for medical use. Certain models, marked with SFK, were sold to the public in a plastic coffin box. Despite their high-quality stainless steel scales, these razors were heavy and off-balanced, making for an awkward shaving experience. However, we have meticulously restored each razor to almost perfect condition, and replaced the scales with brand new scales. There are still signs of minor blemishes, but very difficult to see with the naked eye. To ensure complete transparency, we provide individual photos of each razor.   Originating from Poland, this razor boasts a high carbon steel blade and faux mother of pearl scales (made of plastic).  Please request in the Note for vendor when checking out, if you would like the razor honed to "Shave Ready".
