Henson AL13 Aggressive Razor

I've tried countless razors over my wetshaving career. Most left me unsatisfied, especially when it came to head shaves. And when I was introduced to Henson razors, I was stubborn and didn't buy one, despite my gut telling me I should. After wasting tons of money—more than the cost of one Henson—on other razors, I finally decided to bite the aluminum bullet.

Many reported that even the Medium was too mild, so I opted for the Aggressive, since "aggressive" meant "efficient" in this case. After impatiently waiting for mine to arrive, I popped in a Bic Chrome Platinum and got to work. Wow! What a quick, effortless shave, without a single nick or razor burn.

My other razors will never see the bathroom again. This Henson blew everything else I have used out of the water. I'm very satisfied.

Shipping and delivery was very quick. But the razor itself does not work well against acne prone skin.

I bought this razor because it is made in Canada (full disclosure - I got it a couple years ago direct from the manufacturer before it was on this website) and the design makes sense. It actually bends the razor blade and holds it at the perfect angle for a close shave. It works like a charm and very little pressure is required. I travel a lot for work and they don't appreciate straight razors on airplanes, so this is what I take with me. It's fantastic.
