The 44/20 Company contracted out their brushes to Rubberset like Dubl Duck. This was done to ensure they had the best brushes on the market at that time. Made in 1930 to 1940 which I had a hard time placing it since the Historical ads showed this model from 1920 to 1957 and there is no date on the box. The Hairs are from Boar and they are held together by Rubberset's famous method of Vulcanizing the Rubber, meant to hold for a lifetime. After I opened the box I had NO doubt this is brand new and in perfect condition, so enjoy this beautiful piece of Art for many years to come!
