Vintage Straight Razor

One of the rarest Sheffield's to come out of the Classic Edge in near mint condition. Made in 1920 this jaw dropping piece of art is like no other. The finish is so far beyond any straight razor produced today it's not funny. Made in a day where the Artist took personal pride in each of his creations. This razor was purchased from a collection in England along with several other well stored pieces, but this one excited me the most as finding a nearly New Old Stock 1920's pipe razor is like winning the lottery. The grind is PERFECT and the scales are the original Bakelite Scales. Imagine going back in a time machine to 1920 and walking into a Barber Shop, well this is what you would see. Truly irreplaceable perfection.  Please note that this razor has it's original bevel and has never been honed or shaved with. When dealing with high end collectibles I never hone them unless given this privilege by the new owner. Also I was not able to obtain the coffin box, which you can imagine broke my heart, but we will supply a sleeve for storage. This is without question one of the razors I will look back 10 years from now and regret selling.....
