Once a package is in the Possession of the carrier(Canada Post or Purolator), it is no longer the responsibility of The Classic Edge Shaving Store.   For standard order we supply $100 Insurance for your package World Wide. For orders higher than $500, we pay for additional Insurance at no extra charge to the client within Canada and the USA.  Please contact us for additional Insurance for other international destinations.

Canada Post Labour Disruption: 

Due to the Canada Post Labour Disruption, estimated ship and delivery date are longer than normal. We apologize to anyone who experiences a delay. I would highy recommend to purchase PRIORITY SHIPPING to insure that your order will be delivered on time for christmas.


Shop Online and Pick-Up In-Store:  

It's Easy! Shop online and Pick up your order at the Oakville location!

1.  When you checkout, choose "In-Store Pickup".

2.  State in the comment section the day and time you would like to pickup your order. Please allow us 1 day to prepare your order. Pickup times are Monday to Friday 10 - 6 pm.

3. Once you have made the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your recent purchase. An associate will then email you to confirm that your order is ready and will arrange a day and time with you to pickup your order. 

This is not a retail location, it is strictly for pickup's only since we do not keep any product at this location. All orders must be made online as we do not accept cash. Please do not show up without an appointment as we will not be able to help you without having an order in advance. We need at least one day to prepare your order and Straight Razor orders need a little more time which we can discuss. Pick Up times are from Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:00pm. Also remember we offer FREE shipping for orders over $60.

***For American Orders, if you would like the tracking option I recommend purchasing the Tracked Packet or Expedited USA Shipping Option.

The following are the only exceptions:

  -  Orders over 6 lb.
  -  Orders to Canadian Territories (Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).
  -  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military Addresses (APO, AFO, etc).  Not everything is carved in stone so touch base with us for answers!

How long Does Shipment Take?

All orders leave our facility in 1-4 business days. If you have purchased a razor, expect it to leave here in 3-4 business days. You will receive and email from Canada Post stating that it has left. We ship all orders Expedited with Canada Post when choosing the FREE SHIPPING option.  All Canadian Orders will receive a tracking number number. 

***All American Orders are shipped by Standard Air Mail but it does not come with a tracking number.  If you would like to pay extra shipping costs so you can track your package, please purchase "Tracked Packet USA" OR "Expedited Parcel USA" when choosing your shipping method. 

Canadian Orders:

BC and Alberta: Approx. Estimate 4-6 business days

Manitoba, Saskatchewan, NFLD, P.E.I. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick: Approx. 2-4 business days

Ontario and Quebec: 1-3 business days

American Orders:

If you are in the USA or International and you would like to use DHL courier, please give us a call for an estimate.  Just a reminder when using DHL, there will custom & duty charges.


Processing Times:

Any orders made between Monday to Friday will be processed in 2 business days EXCEPT FOR ANY STRAIGHT RAZOR ORDERS! For more information on this, please read "NOTE".  We do not process any orders on Holidays or Weekends. Any orders made on the weekend will be processed by Tuesday EXCEPT FOR STRAIGHT RAZOR ORDERS! 

*All international and American orders may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

*We do not guarantee on-time delivery so please understand. We cannot control our carriers delivery schedules.
