We just ask that you you do not use the products for hygenic reasons and Please make sure the products is in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals in intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging. When it comes to a Straight Razor or Safety Razor, in order for us to process the return, please ensure that you DO NOT USE THE RAZOR if it's not to your liking, or if there is an issue with quality we'll take care of it ASAP and ship it out to you with no cost to you!
Every straight razor we sell comes "Shave Ready" unless you ask for it not "Shave Ready". We also offer to hone the razor free of charge when you send it in for the next honing!
