10" English Bridle Board Strop

Very effective! I use it daily. I first strop with the balsa and diamond paste (20 strokes each side) then use the leather for 30 strokes.

This is a lot of quality for the price. It is currently my only strop and is working well for me. If you're on a budget or a beginner this strop is for you.

Having just recently switched back to straight shaving I quickly remembered how difficult it could be to travel with my favorite razors. At the price I paid for this I really wasn't expecting much, just hoping for something easier to pack than a hanging strop. What showed up really blew me away. This is a beautiful high quality leather strop that is essentially the perfect size. It sits on non skid rubber pads at the perfect height to provide clearance while stropping, and it provides great feedback while stropping. Being a bit out of practice myself I found this was a great platform to re-learn what the proper feel and sound my razor makes when it hits that sweet spot and is ready to destroy some beard. Its going to fit the bill for traveling just fine, and I would definitely buy this all over again.
